Nicola leads Steer’s client relationships in the North of England, specializing in strategic planning, transport strategies, and land use integration. With experience in complex stakeholder and political environments, she advises on capital investment priorities as a member of DfT’s Capital Review Panel. Previously, she led strategic planning at TfGM, contributing to the Greater Manchester Transport Strategy for 2040. Nicola is a chartered planner, transport professional, and recipient of the 2017 TPS Transport Planner of the Year award.
