As event organisers we are dedicated to fostering an environment where inclusivity, equality, and diversity are at the forefront. We believe that these values are essential in creating a space where all voices are heard and respected.
Meaningful dialogue through diversity
Diversity enriches our conversations and broadens our understanding of complex issues, it fosters innovation and drives meaningful dialogue. Diversity is a core principle guiding our selection of speakers and panelists and we set out to create speaker lineups that reflect a balanced mix of genders, ethnicities, and age profiles ensuring that our discussions are rich and multifaceted.
VALUES
A platform where all can contribute equally
Our commitment to inclusivity ensures everyone feels welcome and valued. We take steps to accommodate different needs and perspectives – from accessible events and varied dietary options to creating spaces where participants can engage comfortably. For the 2025 edition of Interchange, we are refining registration to better capture participants’ requirements by default.
We aim to create a constructive, engaging environment for all, and ask moderators and speakers to be inclusive, respectful and free from political bias. We are proud to uphold these values and to provide a platform where all participants can contribute.
