Richard has led the redevelopment of the Elephant and Castle Town Centre, one of London’s most complex regeneration schemes. Previously, the development of Here East, being the legacy reuse of the London 2012 Olympic Press and Broadcast Centres into a 1.2m sq. ft world leading technology hub and the Rolls Building the largest purpose-built court facility in the world together with numerous other projects for Delancey.
