Joe is the Head of Profession, Advisory at Amey Consulting. He leads a team dedicated to enabling better decisions across the full lifecycle of critical national infrastructure. Joe has led data driven improvement programmes across operational performance and strategic planning within the rail, highways and utilities industries. Prior to Amey, he has spent time working in renewable energy and as an academic developing approaches to uncertainty quantification in decision making.
