LTSB is a social mobility charity dedicated to bridging the gap between employers and young people ready to take the next step in their careers, whether through apprenticeships or junior roles. Steph works closely with corporate partners to create meaningful opportunities, while also connecting young people with mentors, advice and long-term support through LTSB’s growing alumni network.
