Lauren Anthony is a Customer Engineer in the UK Public Sector, Google Cloud Team. Lauren has been at Google Cloud for 4 years covering a range of technology in Data, AI and Security across a number of UK Government sectors including Transport, Public Safety and Central Government. 

Lauren began her career in chemistry, transitioning to Quality Assurance, Compliance, and Security roles across manufacturing and pharmaceuticals. Her journey led her to the technology sector, where she spearheaded teams delivering secure software solutions for regulated industries and BigTech firms like AWS. Currently, she is a customer engineer at Google Cloud.

Lauren is passionate about bringing diverse perspectives into technology and supports a number of mentoring schemes within STEM and Veteran initiatives.
