Andreas ‘Zac’ Zachariah is CEO of TravelAI, driven by a passion to accelerate the decarbonisation and optimisation of transport systems. He focuses on using AI and advanced data technologies to solve real-world mobility challenges at scale.
With a background spanning engineering, finance and deep tech, Zac has been working with machine learning and algorithmic modelling since the 1990s – from early simulations and stochastic analysis to transport mode detection and today’s AI, deep learning and data-driven systems. He has been invited to contribute to expert discussions on AI and transport data, including topics such as data provenance, privacy, ethics and model development.
At TravelAI, Zac brings together technical depth and transport domain insight to build intelligent systems that support cleaner, more efficient and future-ready mobility.
