Dave is director of strategic growth at Octavius, where he supports the delivery of major infrastructure and transport programmes across the UK. He brings extensive experience in rail and multidisciplinary project environments, with a focus on collaborative delivery, operational performance and long-term asset value. Prior to joining Octavius, Dave held global strategy and leadership roles at AECOM and is recognised for building strong partnerships and aligning project outcomes with wider economic, community and network objectives.
