Charles is the founder of Active Thinking, a design agency that prioritises customer experience in high footfall buildings and spaces. Charles has extensive experience in customer relations and strategic planning, having previously served as Head of Customer Relations at BUPA and as a Project Manager for BUPA Hospital Hastings. He also co-founded Resilience in Design, focusing on cross-sector collaboration and innovation.
