As Head of Profession for Power at Transport for London (TfL), Andrew is the Technical Authority for all aspects of power distribution and energy supply and leads a team of specialists working across all modes of travel in London.
Andrew is a Chartered Electrical Engineer and a Fellow of the IET and has over 35 years' experience in electrical energy distribution, railway traction power, railway infrastructure, and computer control systems.
