Ashley is Public Policy Manager at Wayve, where he leads engagement on regulatory and policy issues shaping the future of automated mobility. He joined Wayve in 2025 from Tesla, where he led Public Policy for the UK and Ireland. Ashley brings extensive experience in automated vehicle policy, having previously headed the Future Mobility programme at techUK, the UK technology industry’s trade association. He holds a background in social sciences, studying Urban Development at the London School of Economics before beginning his career in public policy.
