Caroline leads a team responsible for building and evolving the organisation’s data practice and data platform to drive improved performance, enhance customer experience, and support TfW’s vision to be Wales’ favourite way to travel. She has 25 years experience in a variety of data roles within a number of industries. Prior to joining TfW she spent 12 years in the financial services sector with Lloyds Banking Group.
