Caroline is England Director and Head of Membership Services at the Community Transport Association (CTA). Caroline has a strong background in voluntary sector leadership and previously served as Chief Executive of CVS Cheshire East, a local infrastructure organisation that represents and supports the not-for-profit sector. She has strong experience in charity development, partnership working, and the practical realities of managing and funding community services. This background underpins her commitment to strengthening community transport and championing its role in a fair and inclusive transport system.
