Hannah Godfrey

Senior Surface Access manager, Gatwick Airport

BACK

Hannah Godfrey is the Senior Surface Access Manager at London Gatwick Airport, where she leads the airport’s surface access strategy across sustainability, operations, and commercial performance. Since joining Gatwick in 2014 as part of its graduate programme, Hannah has developed deep expertise in multi‑modal surface access, passenger experience, and the integration of transport infrastructure with airport growth.

Alongside her early career at Gatwick, Hannah completed a master’s degree in Transport Planning and Management at the University of Westminster, strengthening her technical understanding of transport systems and policy.

In 2021, Hannah moved to the East West Railway Company, where she led stakeholder engagement for the Marston Vale Line, working closely with communities, operators, and local authorities to support the line’s transformation. She later returned to Gatwick to take up her current role, where she continues to drive integrated, sustainable and commercially resilient ground transport solutions for one of the UK’s busiest airports.
