Helen Dolphin MBE
Senior Programme Manager Access and Inclusion, Network Rail
Helen is a leading advocate for disability inclusion in transport, awarded an MBE in 2015 for her campaigning on behalf of disabled motorists. As founder of Dolphin Diversity and Senior Programme Manager at Network Rail, she has influenced national accessibility policy and contributed to the Rail Accessibility Roadmap. Holding key roles across the sector—including Chair of the National Rail Accessibility Advisory Group and Joint Chair of the Heathrow Access Advisory Group—Helen combines professional expertise with her lived experience, having lost her limbs to meningitis, to drive meaningful improvements in accessible transport.
