Liz is the Southern Integrated Delivery (SID) Director for Southern Renewals Enterprise (SRE), appointed in March 2024 to lead a £9bn infrastructure renewals portfolio across Network Rail’s Southern region through 2034. She is a Fellow of the ICE and former Army Officer with 25+ years of experience in rail, highways, and construction.
