Aviation Team Leader, Hoare Lea
Phil Argile is the Aviation Team Leader in Hoare Lea’s Manchester office and a Chartered Mechanical Engineer specialising in aviation projects. Collaborative and detail-driven, Phil leads Hoare Lea’s aviation design delivery, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
Phil has led Hoare Lea’s MEP and specialist design on the £1.4bn Manchester Airport Transformation Programme, managing multiple terminal, pier, baggage, energy and infrastructure packages. His recent work includes design for future security requirements at Stansted Airport, East Midlands Airport and Manchester Airport, as well as security hall upgrades and terminal extensions across major UK airports. He is currently working on the Stansted Airport Transformation Programme, helping to shape resilient, future-ready airport infrastructure.
