Sue West
Director of Landside Operations, Manchester Airport
Sue was appointed Director of Landside Operations in October 2024, having previously served as Director of Terminal 3, along with holding senior leadership roles at Manchester Airport and across a range of other industries throughout her career.
In her current role, Sue is responsible for the Surface Access Strategy, including the future public transport strategy, as well as all car park operations, including Meet & Greet and Self Park products. Sue oversees associated bussing operations, landside operations, and traffic management across the entire campus, with a focus on operational efficiency and future strategy to support passenger growth
