Alex Morgan is the Project Manager for the North Campus at the Centre of Excellence for Decarbonising Roads, part of Live Labs 2, and an Innovation Project Manager within Amey’s Transport Infrastructure division, where she delivers national innovation and decarbonisation programmes. She works across multidisciplinary teams to strengthen collaboration and drive practical solutions that support the UK’s transition to low‑carbon road infrastructure, drawing on previous experience managing business improvement and operational transformation projects
