Dale Evans
Chair of Project 13
Dale is Chair of the Infrastructure Client Group’s Project 13 Initiative and a Partner in Allora Infrastructure. Previously, Dale was Managing Director of the Anglian Water @one alliance and an executive member of the @one Alliance Board. He has
held a number of senior management roles in asset management, operations and in the development of international concession contracts in the UK, US and New Zealand.
Dale is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
