Lewis is Executive Director of Customer and Communications at Transport for Wales, where he leads the strategic development of customer experience, marketing and communications to help deliver a transport network that meets the needs of communities across Wales. With a background in strategic communications, marketing, operations and behaviour change, Lewis is passionate about using transport as a force for social value and economic growth. He is a Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) and Institute of Railway Operators (IRO) member, and currently serves as Trustee and Chair of the Cymru Committee for Citizens Advice UK as well as Vice Chair of RCT Citizens Advice. A graduate of Aberystwyth University, Lewis brings over a decade of experience in customer experience, public service communications and stakeholder engagement.
