Mark has over 30 years of experience in construction and infrastructure, specialising in digital transformation and smart cities. At Bentley, he advises policymakers and business leaders worldwide on the benefits of digital adoption to deliver higher-quality, sustainable infrastructure projects. A former quantity surveyor, he has worked with major clients including Thames Water, United Utilities, Highways England, and Crossrail. Mark is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation and the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors, and serves on boards including the UK Digital Twin Hub, the Institute of Government and Public Policy, and the Inspiring Engineering Excellence Community Advisory Board.
