Sandeep Shingadia
Interim Executive Director, Transport for West Midlands
Sandeep Shingadia was appointed Interim Executive Director of Transport for West Midlands (TfWM) in November last year, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in the transport sector. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, he also serves as a Board Director at Colmore Business District and the European Metropolitan Transport Authorities, and is Vice-President of Network of Metropolitan Areas and Regions. He has led major West Midlands projects, including Metro extensions, the HS2 Connectivity Package, and the City Region Sustainable Transport Fund, securing the largest national award to deliver transport improvements and behavioural change initiatives.
